The sixth edition of this unique festival in Europe takes place again in the culture-rich neighborhood of Delfshaven in Rotterdam! This edition with special attention for the choros of Jacob de bandolim and the sambas of Baden Powell.
A unique Brazilian Choro and Samba afternoon and evening. With concerts from topartists from Brazil, presentations of students and teachers of Brazilian musicschool EPM Holanda and Capoeira Berimbau de Ouro, jam sessions, delicious authentic Brazilian food (reserve your dinner!), Dance workshop with Juliana Braga and a lot of live music.

Singer Marcos Sacramento and guitarist Zé Paulo Becker present a new show, soon to be CD – Homage to Baden Powell.
The repertoire consists mainly of works by the master of the guitar, Afro-Sambas and some of the duo’s original compositions.
Sacramento and Becker began working together in 2007 when they released the album Na Cabeça, where the singer was accompanied by Becker and guitarists Luis Flávio and Rogério Caetano. Zé Paulo Becker is a guitarist and composer from Rio de Janeiro. As a composer he is the partner of Paulo Cesar Pinheiro, Aldir Blanc and has already been recorded by Ney Matogrosso. He has been a guitarist for over 20 years in the choro group Trio Madeira Brasil, who recorded DVD in 2016. He won the Brazilian Music Award in 2011. He is musical director of the DVD Generation Semente (2016) and author of two books: “O violão na roda de choro” and “Levadas Brasileiras”. Zé Paulo has already appeared in more than 20 countries in his solo career, and has already played and recorded with artists as Ney Matogrosso, Elza Soares, Chico Buarque, Yamandú Costa, Wagner Tiso, Francis Hime, Zé Renato, Marcos Sacramento among others. He is a professor at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (MG). In 2017 launched his DVD ” Zé Paulo Becker – Violão, Amigos e Canções” and in 2018 celebrates 30 years of career.

Marcos Sacramento
Marcos Sacramento is a singer, songwriter and, since 2010, also works in Brazilian musical theater. In more than 30 years of his career he has released sixteen albums, six solo and ten duos with Soraya Ravenle, Luís Filipe de Lima, Clara Sandroni, Nilze Carvalho, Zé Paulo Becker and Carlos Fucs, as well as seventeen guest participations on albums.
Sacramento stands out in the contemporary Brazilian music scene, with its singing full of personality and seduction, and is seen not only as a perfect sambista, but a complete singer.
He has been in various stages of the world, especially France (Paris, Toulon, Marseille, Anecy, Bordeaux, Corsica), Italy (Orvieto), Portugal (Lisbon, Caiscais), Holland, (Washington, Boston, New York), Argentina (Buenos Aires) and Gabon (Libreville).
He has won various awards, one of them the Prize for Brazilian Popular Music Samba na Lapa as best singer.
