Course information

At EPM Holanda we offer a wide range of lessons, workshops and ensembles. The lessons take place on Saturdays in Rotterdam (WMDC), and sometimes online. Everyone is welcome: children, young people and adults – from beginner to advanced musician.

Our offer

  • All classes last 55 minutes and are in groups. If the group is smaller than 3 people, the class lasts 30 minutes

  • RECOMMENDED Basic package Choro
    1 instrumental + 1 ensemble per Saturday

  • Individual instrumental lessons
    Choose your own route, individually or combined

Children & Young People

Specially for children aged 7 and over, we offer group lessons in guitar, cavaquinho, flute and piano. Children and young people up to the age of 21 do not pay VAT.
In addition, there is Arte Brasileira, a creative course in which children are playfully introduced to Brazilian art, music and language. These classes are offered by our partner Yasmim Flores

Ensembles and interplay

Playing together is central at EPM Holanda. From the very first lessons you are part of a group and you learn Brazilian rhythms such as the maxixe, polca and samba. The lessons are educational, fun and immediately give you the feeling of playing in a band!
